Director of Operations at Open Blue Sea Farms entrusted me with a high-stakes challenge: to design and implement a fully functional feeding system and a comprehensive maintenance program—all within an aggressive timeline. Leveraging my expertise in oceanographic systems and operational efficiency, I devised a structured approach to ensure long-term reliability while optimizing feeding processes. 

A severe lightning storm disabled a critical communications buoy, disrupting real-time oceanographic monitoring. I led the refurbishment and reinstallation efforts, ensuring system integrity, data continuity, and future-proofing the buoy against similar environmental threats. 

Tasked with leading the logistics and execution of a benthic survey, I managed the deployment of oceanographic sensors under challenging offshore conditions. My responsibilities included site selection, sensor calibration, team coordination, and data acquisition strategies to ensure precise environmental monitoring.

I spearheaded the integration of Kongsberg technology to enhance offshore communication for OpenBlue’s MBR system. By optimizing telemetry, remote monitoring, and data transmission protocols, I helped establish a robust and scalable offshore communication infrastructure. This project significantly improved operational oversight and data reliability in a challenging marine environment.

In response to the need for enhanced offshore monitoring, I led the design and implementation of a remote IP camera system capable of withstanding harsh marine conditions. I ensured real-time monitoring capabilities, reducing the need for physical inspections and improving operational security.

As part of Innovasea’s cutting-edge aquaculture solutions, I was responsible for the continuous development and customer training of biomass camera systems. My work ensured that clients could accurately monitor fish biomass in real time, improving feeding strategies and reducing waste. I provided direct 1:1 training, enabling teams to maximize system efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

A passion project born during the pandemic, DanViches represents my ability to adapt, create, and innovate in the culinary space. I founded this ceviche brand, handling everything from concept development to branding, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring a high-quality culinary experience. It’s a testament to my entrepreneurial spirit and operational execution skills beyond the tech industry.

A bold venture into nightlife and hospitality, StellaNova was my personal project—a nightclub and restaurant concept designed to deliver a high-end dining and entertainment experience. I oversaw business strategy, operational logistics, and customer experience design. It provided invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities within the hospitality sector.
